We - Chrisje van Rens , Eric Bontenbal , Ilona Seure , Mark Bos and Heidi Timmerman - have worked for short or extended periods as volunteers for Navajeevan Bala Bhavan, a project for the well being of street children in Vijayawada, a city in South India.

Touched by the harsh and difficult life of the many street and working children and, as a result of our work, the friendship we have developed with the children and staff of Navajeevan, we would like to do our share in the continuation of this work. This project aims to enhance the future for the countless children in Vijayawada, that now live in extremely difficult circumstances.

Based on the very good relationship with the management and staff of Navajeevan and our faith in their policies and ways to deal with these children, we decided to start a foundation with the aim to provide financial support to Navajeevan, by raising funds. With this website we would like to inform you about the Project.
